Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data indelva collects when you use the contact form, why we process it, how long we keep it, who sees it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, role or organisation, and the message you choose to send. We also record the date and time of your submission so we can keep an audit trail of our correspondence.

Lawful basis for processing

We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest: so that we can read and respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form you consent to this limited use.

How long we keep it

We retain contact submissions for up to 12 months after our last correspondence with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If we enter into a formal business relationship with you, that record may be kept longer under our separate record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is stored in our secure database (Supabase) and a notification email is sent to our team through Resend. Access is limited to the indelva founders and any service providers bound by appropriate processing terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To request deletion or make any other privacy request, email us at privacy@indelva.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will note the latest revision date below.
